Merthyr and the Valleys Mind

Merthyr and the Valleys Mind was established in 1984 by a group of volunteers who provided ‘drop-in’ sessions for people in the local area with mental health problems.

Today, the charity supports around 2000 people a year through a number of projects across Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Bridgend.
