This bereavement Support Group is a perfect opportunity to speak to others who are going through a similar situation. This group is available immediately (there is no waiting list) also there is a counsellor who can support you on a one to one if needed. This is a welcoming and friendly group where we all gather around the table in a warm, safe and comfortable environment and support each other in this difficult time.
Alison Skinner, our Reiki master within our group can help the healing process with the availability of Reiki which helps reduce stress (optional with a £5 fee, all money goes back into the charity)
To meet the requirements for attending our group you may well have lost a loved one, struggling to cope with a bereavement or you or a family member may also be suffering with a life threating condition.
In our group we respect confidentiality and respect each other, we praise our self on our approachability and the continues support we offer to our members.
