Chreda Foundation

The Chreda Foundation is a charitable trust (currently too small to register with the Charity Commission and therefore with no charity number, but recognised by HMRC as a charity) dedicated to helping young people develop spiritually, in the widest possible sense. It also seeks to provide entertainment for seriously ill children and for people of any age who have a learning disability. It was established as a living memorial to Chris and Freda Dragon – lifelong, upright members of the Salvation Army, whose lives epitomised Christian values. It currently acts as a small grant-making body, assisting with the funding of existing projects that it considers to be consistent with its aims.
