Brecon Integrated Sports Association

An inclusive sports club for children and young adults with a disability. Weekly sports hall sessions in term-time with occasional outdoor activities and sports competitions.
The club meets on Fridays at Brecon Leisure Centre from 7 - 8pm cost £2. Children under 14 are also welcome to a 2nd session on Thursdays at 4 pm in Brecon. Opportunities to try basketball, football, athletics, cricket, boccia, short tennis, table tennis, kurling, and trampolining are provided by qualified coaches with volunteer support.
Taster days in outdoor activities include sailing, canoeing, cycling, horse riding and hill walking. Members are encouraged to enter the Rotary Disabled Games, Special Olympic and Paralympic competitions and to train with local sports clubs.
